2. OBJECTIVE AND SUMMARY

Brief Description:

Tomato producers will participate in the sourcing of tomato products. The job will focus on producing high-quality tomatoes. This will require commitment and ongoing efforts to ensure that annual goals are met.

Objective:

To ensure that tomatoes are produced at a high standard while adhering to high working days. To foster a spirit of collaboration among people to achieve set goals.

3. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs) AND TARGETS

Sales and Revenue	To generate sufficient income by producing tomato boxes.
Order Fulfilment	To produce organized boxes during working days.
Safety	To ensure safety in all production processes.
Product Quality	To produce clean tomatoes with high quality.
Staff Performance	To ensure staff efficiency in achieving goals.

4. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Strategy

• Produce a large number of tomato boxes.
• Work on off days to reach goals.
• Identify opportunities to increase production.

Operational Coordination

• Organize resources to ensure effective production.
• Collaborate with other producers to ensure efficiency.
• Review production processes to identify areas for improvement.

Health and Safety

• Ensure that all processes follow safety protocols.
• Promote safety practices during working hours.
• Participate in demonstrating a healthy lifestyle to others.

Quality Control

• Monitor the quality of produced goods.
• Ensure that produced tomatoes meet inspection standards.
• Respond quickly to low standards and provide recommendations.

Staff Management

• Participate in managing staff to ensure efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to other producers.
• Regularly communicate with others to understand their needs.

8. Salary & Remuneration

The compensation package is attractive and pays R13.50 per produced box.
